DANCE DANCE - A  dance workout which combines a variety of dance moves – moving to a mix selection of music. If you like to dance this class is for you!!! All fitness levels

STRENGTH TRAINING & TONING - A 30 minute program designed to work your whole body using barbells with adjustable weights, exercise bands, and exercise balls. You will strengthen & trim your upper body, abdominals, hips, thighs, and legs. All fitness levels

KICKBOXING/STEP COMBO - An innovative uninterrupted combo of step routines and kickboxing moves from the warm-up right through the stamina building cardio, strength, and abdominal sections. You’ll kick, punch, jab, and step as you achieve endurance, strength, stability, balance and mental toughness. All fitness levels

SPINNING-Hop on a Spin bike we are going for a ride!!!!   Cardio Cardio Cardio!!!!

PILATES - The Pilates Method is a system of stretching and strengthening of the whole body. “You are as young as the flexibility of your spine” was a Joe Pilates adage. The original mat exercise created by Joe Pilates. Pilates is a core based class that will help improve flexibility, stabilization, posture as well as strength, focusing on the body as a whole and moving it as an integrated unit with control, grace, and fluidity. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

YOGA BASICS - A user friendly non-purist yoga program designed especially for fitness facilities. Yoga’s numerous health benefits, its potential for personal and spiritual transformation, and its accessibility makes it a practical choice for anyone seeking physical transformation, and its accessibility makes it a practical choice for anyone seeking physical, psychological, and spiritual integration. The early yogis recognized the mind/body connection. Obstruction in both mind and body need to be cleared before peace of mind can unfold. The beginning yoga student need only begin with the body and breath to sample the enhanced clarity and well-being that comes from a yoga practice. Suitable for all to join in the euphoria of well-being!!!

YOGALATES-A combination of Pilates and Yoga.  An amazing class that focuses on body alignment, core strength, and flexibility.
